Spud Muffin

While it's not the Virgin Mary in a grilled cheese sandwich, it is Our Lady of Perpetual Astonishment's Yukon Gold potato, grown right here in the Palazzo Rospo garden.

It's astonishing because usually potatos don't look like cacti.

I'd call it a tater with a handle.

It doesn't really look like a cactus either. In fact, it looks like your blog may soon lose its PG rating.

Pablo, that is certainly a valid interpretation.

Ernest, I have NO idea what you're alluding to. But I appreciate you stopping by to leave a comment :)

I've just started digging some Yukon Gold's this week, but mine are all roundish, how boreing. Do you live near a nuclear power plant? (grin)

Cactus wasn't exactly the first thing that came to my mind. I think I can see what ernest sees.

I was going to keep it to myself, but...

Maybe it's the camera angle or something....
