Pet Squash

This is my pet squash.
At first I named it LeeAnn because she is SO into odd veggies. However, LeeAnn is a decidedly female name and the squash has decidedly scrotal qualities. That made me uneasy.
Now I just call it "LeeAnn's Squash" and whenever I see it sitting on my counter top I think of LeeAnn and smile. Life is good.

Um . . .
Um, heh heh, how are you going to eat a squash that you just described as having "scrotal qualities?" :D
Our tomatoes succumbed to late blight *this* year. Fun stuff.
kathjo has a very valid point. I am left speechless to comment further because I have deleted and re-written this comment maybe four times just trying to keep it clean. Besides squash wouldn't be very good with whipped cream...lol
that's certainly a uniquely shaped squash!! LOL
I just love "scrotal qualities"
I will use it in a sentance today!
Holy Cow!!
I know that squash wasn't named after me, cuz I'm into a lot of things, but odd veggies are not necessarily among them.
Visualize serving that thing up with some bean sprouts.
Pet squash. OK....
KathyJo, one does not eat a pet. Yeah, that late blight is a real treat. Cleanup was a laugh riot. YUCK.
Woody, I appreciate your restraint. You are a strong man.
Ali, isn't it though? I did a major double-take, then frowned, then, well, I think it was confusion and concern.
Kirsty, I am dying to know how a person might use "scrotal qualities" in natural conversation.
LeeAnn, you absolutely positively know that squash was named with you in mind.
Leslie, I was trying to at least keep the title clean. Mostly I wanted to pick on LeeAnn :)
Hey, I've got one just like this! He is growing and growing, because no one wants to eat it!
